Making Money with Your Blog!

A place for finding the Nuts and Bolts for Making Money Online with Affiliate Marketing Business Opportunity!

If you know how to use article marketing to promote your website, you can be sure of a stream of traffic for years to come. Article marketing is not yet fully understood as being one of the best ways to advertise your website: even better than pay per click advertising.

Let's first look at the benefits, and then what you must do to achieve them. If you write an article that is relevant to your website or theme of your niche, then you can either publish it on your website as a web page, or submit it to article directories. If you take the former route, and publish your article on your own website, then the search engines will regard it as good fresh content and give the page on your website that it is published the benefit for that in the listing for that page.

This might not be enough to guarantee anybody ever finding your page, since it might be one of another million using the same keyword and topic. That does not mean to say that you should not do it, since your web page listing (Google lists individual web pages, not complete web sites) is determined by a large number of factors of which freshness and relevant content are only two. They are, however, two necessary factors to include in your whole website design if you are using search engine optimization as a major part of your traffic generation strategy.

On the other hand, if you submit your article for publishing on article directories, and the article is approved, then it can do a lot more for you that if it were only on your own website. Article directories generally allow you what is known as an 'author's resource box', in which you can provide some information about yourself and a link to your website. You can use that link to your advantage.

If your article is interesting or authoritative enough for a reader to want to know more about what you have written, then you should provide them with a way of doing so. You do this through your use of your resource box. Make a statement to the effect that 'For more information on this subject, check out 'myname's' website on 'xxxx.com'. For 'xxxx.com' provide a URL that leads the reader directly to a page on your site that provides more information on that topic.

That page must be relevant to the topic. If you have written an article about emeralds, don't lead them to a page on sapphires, or even your gemstones home page. It must be emeralds. That page must also include an opt-in form, or even be a squeeze page designed to secure their email address and first name. Never let anybody visit any page on your website and leave without you seducing their name and email address from them. You must build up an email list of people interested in gemstones in general so that you can keep in contact with special offers from time to time.

This is using article marketing to its best advantage because here is what you have just achieved with very little work other that writing an article. First, you have published the URL to a page on your site that any reader can click to visit your website. This is exactly what you have to work so hard to achieve on search engines like Google, and pay so much for on pay per click advertising programs such as Adwords. Yet by writing an article you get it free!

Now only that, but Google regards a link back to your site from another website as indicating the importance of the page to which the other site is linked. That improves your listing position on Google. Every article directory that accepts your article also provides you with a one-way link back to the web page you have stated in your resource box URL.

However, that is not the end of it! Many people who are unable to write their own content copy articles from directories to their own sites. They are allowed to do this as long as they also include the author's name and resource box. This provides you not only with another one way link back to your website, but also with more opportunities for visitors to the other site to click on your link.

In order to achieve all of these benefits however, your article must be well written and provide information that is useful to the person reading it. Make sure that you keep spell checking because readers will think that if you are sloppy with your spelling then you might be sloppy with your information. Poor grammar is also something you should try to avoid, although you are not expected to be perfect. Spelling is more important than grammar, although to write "John and me is working on the similar thing" does not provide a lot of confidence to the reader in your abilities.

If English is not your language, or if you are not sure about your writing abilities, have your articles written by a ghostwriter. The benefits that articles give you are well worth the effort, and if you learn how to use article marketing to promote your website, then there is no reason why you should not succeed in driving lots of traffic to your chosen web pages.

Article marketing is the key if you want to survive the growing competition online. This marketing strategy which requires you to write and submit your articles on publishing sites, can give you numerous backlinks while you position yourself as an expert on your chosen niche. As a result you will be able to augment your website's traffic as well as your sales leads.

Here are the 5 best secrets to impact your article marketing:

1. Grab your readers' attention. The first step that you need to take to ensure your success in this marketing tool is to get people to read your articles. In order to do so, you need to know how to create titles that are attention-grabbing and thought-provoking.

2. Write to inform and not to impress. Your main objective in writing your articles should be to educate your readers. In reading your content, they must be able to learn something valuable that they can use to either resolve their pressing issues or better understand their situation. As such, you have to make sure that every word you use on your content is easy to understand.

3. Register on leading publishing sites. Do a google search to find out which article submission sites have good page ranking and steady traffic. These are the only publishing sites where you should post your articles to as they can give your articles the exposure they need.

4. Use active verbs. As a marketer, you need to make sure that your articles will sound strong and confident to effectively persuade your readers to take action. As such, you need to avoid using passive voice as it makes your content sound weak.

5. Connect your readers to your content. By this, I mean make your articles sound more engaging. Ask question, offer solutions, or incorporate personal stories that your readers can easily relate to.

Viral marketing is a methods of list building

There are multiple methods of list building, and if you are just getting started, until you have gained mastery over one or two methods, it is advisable to use multiple methods of list building strategies. You’ll see every step of the process, no matter how small, in exacting detail so

Car care facilities are like many local businesses; they rely on loyal customers who, time and time again, return because they like the service, atmosphere, and price. And, whether your facility is a self-serve establishment or an automatic, building positive customer relationships is crucial to business success. But, how do you grow your business and attract new customers? Do quality service and good prices translate into more customers and expanded revenues? Not necessarily

Oftentimes consumers think of a carwash as a commodity-level service. As professionals we know that this is not the case, and that the quality of both car care products and services varies widely within the industry. Our job is to demonstrate that the quality of car care service depends on the provider, and that our facility offers consumers the best value for the best price. But, before we are ever able to demonstrate the value of our services, we must first give the public a reason to visit our car care facility.

Many times consumers choose a car care provider based solely upon proximity, visiting a facility simply because it is close to work or home. But there are simple ways to entice customers to drive past other car care facilities while they are en route to your location, and to keep them coming back year after year. In order to find and catch long-term customers, car care business owners simply need to; 1. Speak to the right audience, 2. Present potential customers with the proper "bait," 3. Impress them with quality service, and 4. Give them a reason to return.

Speaking to the Right Audience

While most business owners would like to market their services to their entire community, savvy entrepreneurs realize that businesses must be selective when initiating a new marketing campaign. Marketing dollars work best when businesses target population segments that are most likely to be receptive to the advertising message. One such demographic often overlooked by small business owners is new movers.

New movers are individuals that are just joining your community, or that have relocated from a different neighborhood or section of town. What makes new movers special from a marketer's perspective is that new movers are generally more receptive to product and service offers, and are more likely to be willing to establish new routines and visit new locations. With a little effort and the right "bait," your car care facility could quickly make its way into the routine of a new community member.

Presenting Your Bait

New movers typically establish their daily routines within the first few months of arriving in a new location. And, once they establish their day-to-day routines, they are typically more reluctant to incorporate a new business into their daily behavior. Therefore, entrepreneurs have only a few months to persuade new movers to visit their business and try their services before it is too late. Business owners should recognize that this small window of opportunity could develop into a valuable and lasting customer relationship if handled properly, or a missed opportunity if handled poorly.

What if the next time a new mover arrived in your community he opened his mailbox to find a welcome note penned by your car care business, inviting him to stop by for a free deluxe car wash and wax? Chances are most customers would appreciate the gesture, evaluate the offer, and possibly make a mental note to stop in to receive the free service. Suddenly your car care business becomes one of the only small businesses the customer knows in his new community, raising the chances that he will stop in for a car wash. And, if you have given the customer the right reason to stop by (i.e. an invitation worth one free deluxe car wash), the chances become even more likely that your invitation will bring him to your business's front door.

Impressing Customers

"But our deluxe car wash retails for $24.99," you may ask. "Why should I give it away for free when the customer may never even come back?" Good question. Why offer your premium services for free when you could just as easily offer one of your less expensive servicesor better yet, a simple discount coupon that grants customers 10 or 15% off the price of a normal car wash? Because you are creating a new customer relationship, and the first step to creating lasting relationships with members of your community is to impress them with the quality of your services. Not many customers will be impressed by an offer of 15% off a normal car washbut most will be surprised at a special invitation that offers a service valued at $24.99.

Business owners must remember that humans are creatures of habit. One of the most compelling reasons to target new movers is to establish your business as part of the mover's new routine. If you can impress your customers with your premium services, chances are they will not settle for just your basic "wash-and-rinse" next time they visit your facilitiesand next time you can charge them full price! You've given away services that retail for $24.99 (but probably cost you far less) to establish a relationship that will earn that amount on a monthly or bi-weekly basis, maybe for many years to come. When you put the cost of giving away your free premium service to a new mover in perspective, it seems less like charity and more like a smart business strategy.

A Reason to Return

So, you've enticed new movers to your business with an attractive service offer and have impressed them with your facilities and customer servicenow all you have to do is sit back and wait for the business to come to you, right? Wrong. While your new mover offer has certainly gone a long way, it will not guarantee you a steady stream of loyal customers. Unfortunately, while new movers may like your services, they may not automatically make your business a part of their everyday routine. Therefore, you must give them a reason to return.

Now, take a step back to when that new mover entered your business for the first time after receiving his service invitation. He was new to your facilities, unfamiliar with the area, and hoping for a positive experience. And, if you did your job right, he was probably impressed. So why not invite him back? After your attendants have washed, waxed, and detailed his car, ask him if he would be interested in receiving information about future offers such as the one he just enjoyed. Tell him that from time to time your business sends out emails to preferred customers with information about discounted services. Chances are your new customer will eagerly offer his email address for future use. That email address is the beginning of a customer database that will help you to drive business to your doors whenever you choose, and allow you to speak directly to the very customers that appreciate your services.

It works like this; let's say it's a cloudy Wednesday afternoon, and your car care attendants have been waiting hours for a customer. They're getting bored, you're getting anxious, and cars keep driving past your business. Now think proactively. Instead of waiting for one of these cars to stop by your facilities, why not draw customers who have used your services before to your business using the same tactics you used when they were new movers? Remember those email addresses you've been collecting? It is time to put them to good use.

Decide on a special offer; let's say 50% off your premium service. Compose a brief email to customers outlining this discount, and explain that it is only available for the remainder of the day. Hit send and then wait.

Your customers will receive that email, remember the positive experience they had last time they stopped by your business, and will consider dropping by for the special offer. And, if they do and you impress them with your friendliness and quality service once again, they will have yet another reason to visit you in the future. You've turned a slow day into a profitable one just by going back to customers you know have already used and enjoyed your service! That's smart business!

Remember: customers hold the key to your success. The more often they come to see you, the more likely you are to reach your business goals. Go ahead and give them a reason to stop by.

Making Money with Your Blog!

A place for finding the Nuts and Bolts for Making Money Online with Affiliate Marketing Business Opportunity!

Any wise marketer today will surely not dismiss article marketing if he is trying to drive traffic to his site. For one, this technique is not only proven to increase the number of visitors a website receives every single day, but more importantly it improves the website's page rank. Not to mention, it is also a good avenue for webmasters to showcase their expertise so they can convince their readers to trust them then eventually buy from them.

By now, I am pretty sure that you would like to use this technique so you can get all the benefits I have mentioned. So, let's uncover the 4 steps to make money through this marketing technique:

1. Write as many articles as you can. In article marketing, the quantity and quality of your articles play crucial role in driving traffic to your website. Thus, I strongly suggest that you create at least 5-7 unique articles per day. This will yield to at least 25 articles per week, enough to increase your site's popularity and page rank.

2. Be direct. In writing articles for the web, it is important that you have the ability to get your message across without beating around the bush. So be direct and communicate your point quickly. The more time you spend using fillers or fancy words, the more time you are allowing your target audience to switch to your competitors.

3. Your articles must be related to your website or your products. There is no sense in writing travel articles with URL pointing to a website about how to make money online. The reason why your readers will click the URL on your resource box is for further reading or to get more information about the topics your have discussed in your articles.

4. Post your articles on blogs. If you are looking for other ways to market your article other than article directories, post your articles on your blog or somebody else's blogs that share your topic. Like article submission sites, blogs are easily indexed by search engines because they are so in demand and they are frequently updated.

As an online businessperson, if you've never heard of ghostwriters, you surely don't know what you're missing. A ghostwriter can help you make tons of money with your business and you get all the credit! That's what a ghostwriter does. You pay one simple fee and they write articles, press releases, blog posts, and even sales letters for you. The trick is that they don't get the credit. It is work for hire, and you retain all copyrights, so you are able to place your name on the article or other piece and claim it as your own.

The Benefits of Ghostwriters

There are scads of benefits that you gain when you hire a ghostwriter to help you with your articles or other writing needs. One of the most important is that you are able to claim the article as your own. As a matter of fact, many ghostwriters are proficient at mimicking styles, so if you're a writer but just don't have the time to work, you can show them a piece that you have done in the past. They should then be able to craft a new article or other piece and have it match your writing style and tone. Because they are accustomed to article marketing tactics and such, you are able to put the work into their hands and focus on other important aspects of your business.

Should you need a press release to get the word out about your site or blog, a ghostwriter is the perfect person to handle something like this. Ghostwriters are becoming so huge that some of the most popular marketers and even celebrities utilize them. While you may not need anything this complicated, the truth is that you can gain huge success in the online marketing business.

What Can They Do For You?

With web marketing, business people can utilize articles for many different reasons. Articles for your website are very important as they help you with your placement in the search engines as long as they are optimized correctly, which any good ghostwriter can ensure. When you are in web marketing, article marketing campaigns are great, and a ghostwriter can help you craft quality articles to submit to article marketing directories, as well as even submitting them for you. Many business people who have niche websites value ghostwriters very much because of their ability to create quick, great content for these websites.

Ghostwriters are a wonderful resource to marketers or other business people. Should you decide to hire a ghostwriter for your article needs, remember to give them details and outlines of what you want, as well as resource links and even sample articles that you would like to serve as inspiration for your project. These tips and the ones above will really help you get a great ghostwriter and improve your business through the use of one. Good luck with all of your online business ventures!

Once you apply the multipliers which is search engine data for content sites, affiliate programs for sales sites and then after one-time promotions, my #1 strategy which I have found to be the most effective method of getting traffic to new sites as well as old is submitting articles with a short promotional blurb in a resource box at the end of the article.

There are many avenues to get your articles distributed. You can posting articles at EzineArticles.com or GoArticles.com, Associated Content and SearchWarp all good places to submit. You can also use services like iSnare.com or ArticleMarketer.com and pay to have your articles distributed. Another way to distribute is to use software like Article Submitter Pro or Article Post Robot.

There is nothing wrong with any of these techniques. I have used them all successfully. But there is a much, much more powerful method of article marketing that most marketers miss- ezine and newsletter marketing.

First I want you to get a grip on the potential of article marketing and then I want you to get a grip on how small of a slice of the pie the above methods cover. Go to Google and type your one word topic followed by the word "article" and then followed by the word "articles". So if your topic is "golf", then search for: golf article, golf articles. Then repeat the above process using "ezine", "ezines", "newsletter" plus "newsletters". I want you to make a note of how many search results are returned for each of these -these are the results your competition is missing. Thousands of article marketers are all competing for the attention of just a tiny fraction of the total market for article distribution, while missing the important ezine and newsletter channel for distribution.

This is where ArticleROI can be a powerful tool in your arsenal - it submits to hundreds of built-in ezines and newsletters, and allow you to add an unlimited amount of your own, custom publishers.
